Instrumentation Construction
- Project managers and trades superintendents with significant skills and knowledge to ensure your instrumentation is built right.
- The instrumentation package for many construction projects is often included with either the electrical or mechanical packages. We then partner with these other contractors and work concurrently to ensure the most efficient path for project completion.
- We have a robust ISO certified process which adheres to owner’s P & IDs, installation details and data sheets with appropriate turnover documents.
Calibrations & Installations
- Experienced technicians and technologists use a wide range of certified calibration equipment to calibrate instruments for multiple industries.
- Control valve installation and set-up with HART and FOUNDATION Fieldbus communication protocols.
- Instrument selection, procurement and installation.
- Installation of air supply, process, impulse, steam tracing, hydraulic tubing and small bore piping.
- N.I.S.T. traceable calibration certificates provided with equipment calibrations.
Commissioning & Start-Up
- Final loop checks and tuning.
- Checkout and test of instruments and systems to ease initial start-up of plant operations.
